简易香煎小羊排

儿子很喜欢小羊排。这个简易做法也能让他吃得满心欢喜。



具体做法是这样的:

材料:切好的小羊排3~4个,姜两片切成沫,盐0.3 茶匙,橄榄油0.5大匙。

做法:

(1) 将切好的小羊排洗净沥干,用盐和姜沫抓匀,腌制20分钟;

(2) 将一平底不粘锅用中火烧干后,放入橄榄油,轻摇锅让锅底均匀地粘满油,放入羊排,盖上锅盖,煎3分钟,将羊排翻个,另一面也煎3分钟后,用筷子戳一下,以无血水,两面金黄为正好。

备注:1茶匙=5毫升(1 tea spoon), 1 大匙=15毫升(1 table spoon)。

主妇心得:这款羊排只用最简单的盐和姜沫做腌料,所以称为简易版的。香煎的美味中仍带有羊肉的原味。
