回复 'nuaabill' 的评论 : The key I found so far is to 1) find a good property management company to do the work for you. 2) find good tenant. If you do both well, the risk is controllable.
however, I am still learning, and practicing.
The important lesson i learn is 'do it first, and learn from it' and 'find someone who have experience on it and learn from him'. Otherwise, opportunity will just go away. Hope it helps.

回复 'ahniu' 的评论 : It is hard to tell. I think It is ok to buy the principle resident house because we can not predict the future, and we need to enjoy life as well.
However, if i am going to invest house, based on the Cash Flow Principle, I will not invest in Canada Housing.
