1g yeast

.Mix and rise overnight (8-12 hours)

300g a.p.flour
150g water
300g a.p.flour (or 200g water and 400g a.p. flour, depending the size of steamer)
2 tbsp sugar
a pinch baking powder

.add to the starter and knead into smooth dough.

green onion, salt, sesame oil
.mix and used as stuffing

.make into spring rolls
.rise about 4 hours

start with warm water. steam 30minutes. wait 2 minutes before open the lid.
