Note:
- We did not get the volatility but we did get the expected weakness. Once the run for new high stopped dead in the middle of the resistance 44-5, ES promptly retreated all the to 1823 support and is now trading near 28. Pinky starts to flatten and momentum continues to diminishing on daily suggesting trading range market.
- The 3-hour suffered more damage and ES even printed a red candle. The close is below the lower trading band and the thick blue. Pinky went down and indicators turned bearish hinting further weakness ahead.
