春天一到院子里的野苜蓿疯长,一个星期不拔就能爬出一大片来。这东西特能长能结许多带刺的种子出来,所以一定要在它们结籽前拔除。前几天劳动了一会儿就拔了一大堆。然后又花了点时间把嫩头全摘了下来,也有一篓子呢
把野苜蓿我们叫草头洗净,焯水后加酱油糖和植物油拌匀就是一道春天的时鲜菜了。口感比家草头略苦一点,也更老一点,所以不能炒来吃,不过也已经很有江南春天的味道了
