儿子春假回来, 也是我最忙的时候, 他也懂事了点, 说你随便做啥都比我在学校吃到的都好吃一百倍.
这是一餐泰式菜, 地里的辛香料长势很好, 香茅又粗又多, 薄荷, 九层塔, kaffir lime leaves, 辣椒也长过冬了, 青柠檬外面张价, 餐馆也用柠檬代替, 我家就更不用再帮忙抬价啦.

这是带点日式的菜,
三文鱼排, 切开, 用米酒, 味淋, 盐, 腌约 2-30分种, 红糖加黄油溶化, 刷在鱼上, 上火烤约8分钟,
剩下的奶油红糖汁把树上的金桔採来熬了一下, 做酱料, 挺好的.
