我这样教导那个揪儿子耳朵的孩子

今天,我提早去接三女儿和儿子。当我进到Cafeteria时,见里面空无一人。管放人的老师对我说:“Samuel is playing outside.”我便前往Art Room 先接女儿。我和女儿正要出门,就见儿子满头大汗地跑了进来,我给了他一个拥抱,问:“Did they pull you ears today?” 儿子摇头。边说,我们三人边出了Art Room。我让女儿先在Cafeteria 等,复对儿子说:“Are they in after school care?”儿子说,有一个在。我让儿子带我去见见他,儿子先是不同意,我保证道:“Mommy is going to be super nice. After today, you and him can become best friend. Trust me.” 儿子似信非信地同意了。


我俩来到Playground,哇,好热闹!我问:“What's his name?”儿子说:“Clifford.” 说完,朝Playground的尽头跑去,边跑边叫:“Clifford, Clifford, my mom wants to talk to you.” 我觉得儿子有点像给Clifford通风报信的感觉。哎,这孩子就是心善,不忍心给对方来个下马威。这要是放在有的小孩,看见有自己的父母给撑腰,马上就凶起来啦。可儿子非常友好地找到Clifford,把他带到我的身边。


我看见一个比儿子稍高稍胖的小黑孩,厚厚的嘴唇,迷茫的双眼,好像没有睡醒的样子。这孩子的面相,可不像欺负人的那种:憨厚敦实,不招人反感。他见了我,有些意外,问:“What?”儿子马上解释:“My mom wants to talk to you about......you know......the pulling ear thing.” Clifford马上紧张起来,道:“I was just playing with him.”这时,有一群小朋友都围了过来,大呼小叫着:“你好!Samuel's mom! 你好!” 嘿,中文说得不错嘛!我一边跟这些小朋友打招呼,一边把注意力转回Clifford,道:“so you were just playing with Samuel?” 他点头。我问儿子:“Samuel, he was playing with you. Did you like it?” 儿子说:“No.” 我又看着Clifford说:“Did you hear it? He did not like it. So, please don't do it anymore even if you think you are playing. OK?” Clifford懵懂着,但也点了头。我伸出手,道:“Come on, give me a five.” 他伸手跟我击了掌,我又让他和儿子击了掌。然后,我大声对围观的孩子们说:“We all need to learn to respect each other, right?” 大家都说:“Right.”


这时,看管的老师来了,问:“What happened?” 我说:“I was talking to Clifford something. ” 老师有些不放心,我解释说:“Clifford pulled Samuel's ear. But he said he was just playing with him。” 老师马上严肃起来,冲着Clifford问:“Why do you pull his ear?” 我马上说:“He said he was not going to do it anymore.” 老师满意地点点头。我拉着儿子离开了playground。


在走出学校的路上,儿子紧紧地抱着我的腰,一刻都没有松离。我可以感觉出来,他在为我刚才的表现而自豪。怎么样,儿子?你娘表现的Super Nice 吧?你可知道,这得感谢网友的规劝啊。再次谢谢你们---我没有丝毫冲动,却友好地摆平了此事!
