煎三文鱼, 香辣炒蔬菜, 糙米饭

煎三文鱼: Costco 买的冷冻三文鱼, 每一块都是单独包装的, 正好够一小盘. 从冷冻拿出来直接盖锅小火煎, 经常翻面, 等软了后用筷子扒开成小块, 容易熟. 如果整块煎, 里面很难煎熟. 放一些姜片和洋葱片, 煎好后撒一点盐和黑胡椒粉.

香辣炒蔬菜: 
蒜末, 姜末, 一点干辣椒, 放入锅里加一点点水炒香,
加一个黄椒, 两个青瓜(zucchini), 几个小蘑菇, 几个西兰花, 盖锅炒熟,
加酱油, 辣酱, 花生酱各一小勺,
最后放一些菠菜, 搅拌到菠菜塌了就好了.

糙米饭, 慢慢嚼起来, 越嚼越香.
