传统的糖醋排骨一直是一道人见人爱的菜肴。红亮中带着一点儿甜，一点儿酸。夹上一块亮的可以照人的排骨，就上一碗白米饭，那滋味就是美。我的这个方子里没有用油炸排骨，非常适合家庭制作，做出来的糖醋排骨，颜色红亮亮的，而且一点儿也不油腻。你也试试吧。
