SUMMARY:今天(9月11日星期三)股市股市行情上涨,美10年期国债收益率先涨后跌,房贷利率价格在昨天的基础上也略微上涨。目前重新贷款40万左右的利率,30年上涨至3.75%,15年上涨至3.25%。购房贷款40万左右,30年仍为3.50%,15年为3.0%。
