鲜肉汤圆做出来了..

 

过年时节, 很怀念从前在老家吃着汤圆的那份悠闲. 也惦记着在超市里找不到的鲜肉汤圆. 正赶上武汉肺炎爆发, 去不了中国超市. 厨房里刚好有几包放了很久的水磨粉, 正好来动手试一下.

经历了年初一粘米粉糯米粉的困惑, 终于水到渠成, 鲜肉汤圆出锅了! 水磨粉皮子的口感非常好! 牛肉馅拌的相当鲜美, 感谢那天专家们的指点. 而且肉馅的分量跟水磨粉刚好匹配. 刚刚好!

改进余地: 牛肉馅脂肪很高, 也很腻. 吃了六个就吃撑了...下次得先锅里煸一下去掉点油, 或者伴一些切碎的蔬菜, 把肉馅的脂肪淡解一下.

卖相不够好, 赶时间搓得像小雪球, 不够圆润, 从网上借了一张图.

世上无难事 只要肯动手 :-)
