SUMMARY:今天(2月10日星期一五)的房贷利率和上周五相比,基本持平。目前重新贷款50万的利率,30年仍维持在3.375%的低位,15年仍然保持在3.00%,购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.25%,15年仍为2.875%。
顺便提醒一下:如果想锁定一个理想的利率,你首先应尽快选定一家lender开始递交房贷申请,然后等到利率满意的时候下手锁定利率。现在重新贷款的人很多,各家lender都在满负荷运转;同时现在利率变好通常维持的时间很短,如果你等到利率变好的当天再下手开始申请,很有可能会贻误时机。
