咸鱼红烧肉：味道浓郁，咸甜可口，江南的特色菜 [图文+视频]

把鱼和五花肉都切块
再准备一些葱（3根）姜（5片）蒜（5瓣）切碎
八角（5个）香叶（5片）冰糖（1块）
热锅倒油，先倒入五花肉炒香
肉的表面有点黄了（这里大概需要8分钟），倒入葱姜蒜
再加入八角（5个）香叶（5片）冰糖（1块）
加入3大勺料酒，1大勺老抽，2大勺淡酱油
混合好，加1杯热水，直到烧开
然后加入咸鱼，再加一杯热水，烧一个小时
开大火收下汁，其实多点汤汁泡饭也很香！

备注：如果咸鱼是买的，可能会很咸，要提前预泡
