这是一款懒人版面包，全程几乎保持手不粘面，全部用刮铲或刮刀搞定，配方制作过程列在下面。其它懒人面包视频也在下方，欢迎收看，如果喜欢我的视频，欢迎订阅我的频道，谢谢！

配方：

高筋面粉：3杯

牛奶 ：300毫升

植物油 ：30毫升

鸡蛋： 2个

糖 ：1 汤勺

盐：1/2 茶匙

酵母： 1 茶匙

葡萄干 ：1/2 杯

白芝麻 ：适量 （可选）

375F/191C 盖锡纸烤30分钟，再揭掉锡纸，温度降至350F/177C 烤15分钟

制作过程：

1. 牛奶，糖，酵母混合制成发酵水

2. 高筋面，盐，加酵母水翻拌均匀

3. 加入鸡蛋拌匀

4. 加入植物油拌匀

5. 发酵45分钟

6. 加入葡萄干再醒面15分钟

7. 用刮板反复折叠

8. 分成小份

9. 用刮刀整形成圆形

10. 发酵45分钟

11. 盖锡纸烤30分钟 @375F/191C

12. 揭掉锡纸烤15分钟 @ 350F/177C

13. 成品
