拉丝紫薯仙豆糕，入口即化，外皮酥酥，平底锅就能搞定（图文+视频）

难怪仙豆糕爆红网络，今天试了试的确很好吃，外皮酥酥的，内芯软糯香甜，还能拉丝。，关键是平底锅就能搞定，简单好做，在这里和大家分享。

我用视频演示做法和步骤：

外皮用料：

普通低筋面粉120克，玉米或土豆淀粉50克，鸡蛋1只，白糖20克，黄油50克

内馅用料：

紫薯350克，黄油20克，蜂蜜20毫升，芝士30克左右

做法划重点：

一、内陷

紫薯去皮切片蒸熟，碾成紫薯泥，加配料炒成团备用

自然冷却后用紫薯泥包入适量芝士做成30克左右一只的紫薯芝士球备用。

二、外皮

将外皮原料混合揉成面团，分成10个小面剂，擀成薄片包裹紫薯球
