《土豆泥虾球》，花开富贵，非常喜庆的年菜，外酥里嫩（视频+图文）

马上就是春节了，今天做一道年菜，名字叫花开富贵   用土豆泥和虾，mazirrla做的
外酥里嫩，特别香内 是过年不可缺少的一道靓丽的菜，菜那也是要讲究颜值的

食材：

土豆：340克

虾 8个

盐

白胡椒

黑胡椒

料酒

马苏里拉奶酪
做法：
1 土豆洗净，去皮，大火蒸10分钟，碾碎，加入一点黑胡椒粉，盐，搅拌均匀备用
2 把虾线，虾壳，虾尾部分保留
3 用取适量土豆泥压扁，放入虾，加少许马苏里拉奶酪，，包起来，尾巴露出来 用手滚圆
4 锅加油，加热之后，放入土豆虾球炸至金黄色，捞出
5 切黄瓜摆盘一下，寓意花开富贵
