鸡去骨切块用料酒,生抽,蚝油,香油,太白粉腌制30分钟。香菇,金针菜泡软。豆豉,蒜蓉,辣椒末,葱花。鸡肉/香菇/金针菜/豆豉拌均,放进蒸笼以旺火蒸20分钟。。。
加入辣椒末,蒜蓉,葱花继续蒸5分钟。。。
鲜香嫩滑多汁。。。
用来送饭捞面都适合。。。
