最近做中式面点有点上瘾,因为太简单了,成品非常的松软,吃法随意。
如果用机器揉面更是10分钟操作即可完成。手工揉面也不难,先把所有材料揉成团,醒面10分钟再揉,几下就揉光滑了,不用费劲揉很长时间。醒面的时候准备一下麻酱,合理利用好时间,做面食真的不难。
天冷了,蒸一锅热气腾腾的馒头包子,很养胃哦!
