Sunday afternoon, I was as so eager to announce to my college sophomore that I had just finished reading the concurring opinion of Clarence Thomas. He waited patiently for me to finish my summary, though impatient with my attempts in repeating. He said, "dad, I disagree with the premise in his argument."
So long as he is using his intellect for the common good, not for a particular ideology or belief, I am fine with that. A notion of any religion or belief that would only benefit the believer is not a religion that I want to be part of it.
