SUMMARY:今天(2022年6月30日星期四)美房贷二级市场的利率价格和昨天相比继续变好。目前加州30年固定的零费用重贷利率降至5.375%,15年固定降至4.625%;购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率为5.125% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 5.176%),15年固定为4.375% with 0 point, plus closing cost (APR 4.461)。
即便房贷利率再创新高,但在当前高启的通货膨胀率下,贷到就是赚到!这也是目前仍有许多人趁着现在房价仍处于高位还没有回落,从已增值的房产中通过cash-out refinance来套现,取出的钱用来继续投资或准备未来各类资产的抄底。至于现在高的利率,则可等到将来利率回落后再通过重新贷款来把利率降下来。
