秋游散记(3)——渐入佳境

      Oct 11。昨日，沿12号scenic Drive，横跨Vermont。今晨北上，直奔Northern Mountains景区。沿高纬度山间环道，饱览秋色(the Northern Mountains loop starts and ends in Stowe, VT, and is ranked the #1 fall foliage peeping destination in the entire United States)。未上山前，沿途所见，秋色平平，稍失所望。待驱车登山，渐入佳境。绝妙处，漫山遍野，橙黄红紫，明快亮丽，温暖惬意。步入林间，金枝炫目，玉叶铺甸，令人眼花撩乱。其境之胜，抑或冠绝北美(?)；其情之逸，惊羡溢于言表者，诚然不可名状矣。

子猷雪夜棹江舟  兴尽而归了无恋
