用两个苹果做了这个外皮脆脆，内里软糥酸甜中透着苹果香的［苹果糯米早餐小饼］，不光好吃，还特别简单好做，家里有孩子和老人更是特别喜欢，上班族10分钟就能搞定，把它分享给大家。

用料很简单：

苹果两个约300克

鸡蛋两个

柠檬汁或白醋5克

白糖10克

糯米粉约150克

面包糠适量

制做方法划重点：

一、两个苹果切成颗粒，与鸡蛋，糯米粉等搅拌均匀，做成小饼裹上面包糠

二、锅中放少许食用油，小火慢煎至两面金黄搞定，做起来又快又简单
