人到中年-我为什么开始练5K?

小时候体育课跑800米都吓得要死,为啥咱老阿姨要练5K的比赛了?突然发现,人到中年,万事才刚刚启蒙,知识就是力量,年龄只是一个数字。有了正确的方法,减肥,增肌,提高体能等等都是可以实现的。中老年人体能高低表现在哪里?前些年和家人出游,我常常体力不支,要队友带孩子们去爬山,游泳,参加运动量大的活动。这两年截然不同,月初去台湾阳明山爬山,酷热的天气里,很快就爬上去了,下来一会就恢复了体力。那天行程安排得比较紧,晚上还因为第二天的飞机被取消,当夜就奔机场,也没感到太辛苦。后来又有一次体会,在北京的一个傍晚,吃了饭,我和队友去奥森公园散步,轻松地溜达,照相。姐姐打电话过来,说她快到家了,想直接接上我去逛一个衣服店,让我在院子门口的街头等她,哇,那地方离公园有一段距离的。如果让她来公园,也挺麻烦。想都没想,撒腿就跑。速度不算快,也就热身跑的速度,到了街口,姐姐的车正好滑行到路边。上去,系好安全带,呼吸就基本平静了,我们启动,并道了,才看到队友从街角跑着过来,我赶紧开窗,叫他,告诉他,我们出发了。紧凑的生活节奏不是必须。但是50岁能跑,你才有可能在90岁的时候,继续无牵挂地逛街,想过马路,就过。绿灯来了,健步走过好几十米的十字路口。我喜欢逛街,喜欢买买买,喜欢和爱的人有亲密时光,喜欢无论多老都能亲亲,抱抱,举高高。也许,你不知道自己会活到什么岁数,那中年人,如果你父母健在,那就好好练起来吧。看到几十年以后的自己,他们有的,我都想拥有,甚至更多。体能,心肺的训练不需要很长时间,只要每周两次,有计划,有目标的练,坚持,然后一点点进步,你会慢慢找到自己的最佳状态,然后保持住。目标是达到比你年轻20岁那个年龄组的最高(elite)水平。我今年的目标是5K in 24min. 想跑得快,需要练心肺和力量,不一定非要跑得多。
