蛋炒饭，简单易做，有饭有菜，营养丰富，大家都喜欢吃。今天我们做的蛋炒饭，加了新鲜的香椿芽，味道非常独特，是别的蛋炒饭没法比的，真是太好吃了。

Ingredients: 
        2杯剩米饭 - 2 cups leftover rice
        3个鸡蛋 - 3 eggs  
        1/2杯香椿碎 - 1/2 cup chopped Chinese toon
        1/2杯火腿丁 - 1/2 cup diced ham
        1/2杯豌豆 - 1/2 cup peas
        1/3杯胡罗卜丁 - 1/3 cup chopped carrots
        适量的盐 - moderate amount of salt
        少许鸡精 - a little chicken essence
