锦幛两边横，遮掩侍娘行。
遣郎铺簟席，相并拜亲情。
The Bride
Behind the splendour silk screens on each side,
Await their mother the groom and his bride.
She signals her groom to lay down the mats*,
Their kowtow ritual is gleefully eyed.
