Success Story of the Week – H-3 Visa Approval By: Beth Robertie, Associate 这个星期,我们有一位客人的H-3签证申请在一周内被批准。很多人对H-3签证都不太了解,以下是有关H-3签证的一些信息,以供读者参考。 Everyone who has had experience with the world of immigration has felt some frustration with the process, so from time to time it is important to focus on the success stories. This case is just one of those success stories – in less than one week the law firm of Fan, Fitzpatrick & Thompson, LLP was able to obtain an approval on an H-3 petition! For those of you who are unfamiliar, the H-3 is a relatively restrictive visa category that can sometimes serve as an alternative for alien beneficiaries who are coming to the U.S. for training purposes. The H-3 Visa, which is a trainee visa, allows entry for the temporary training of a foreign worker. The H-3 Visa does not require a Bachelor’s degree or higher in the related field, nor does H-3 require that the alien beneficiary have worked or plan to work for the organization for any period of time, only that they train with them. Generally speaking, the training must take place in an established company training program and must be unavailable in the alien beneficiary’s home country. The H-3 Visa allows U.S. companies and institutions to bring over trainees for a limited period of time, up to an outer limit of two years. Although there are many pitfalls involved in preparing this kind of application, in the right situation an H-3 Visa may be the perfect answer. Because of the rigorous training program requirements in order to get an H-3 petition approved, many such petitions are unsuccessful. However, through Fan, Fitzpatrick & Thompson, LLP’s dedication to and cooperation with our client, we were able to put together a strong petition that was approved within only one week! ______________________________________________________________________________ 本文由范毅禹律师事务所提供 本律师事务所精办各类劳工应聘及专业移民申请 (包括H-1,L-1,EB-1,EB-2,NIW,劳工卡,绿卡等申请)。所有申请由多位美籍律师及拥有15年经验的范毅禹律师亲自处理,我所并特设中英移民网站。内有最新移民新闻资讯及由律师主持的移民问答集,欢迎读者流览查询。 www.Fan-Law.com CALIFORNIA : Fan, Fitzpatrick & Thompson, LLP. 370 E.
