今天是Wilton III最后一次课 – 装配一个婚礼蛋糕。提前一周我就用 Rolled Fondant 做了足够多的玫瑰花和树叶,让它们晾干。据上课的老师说,一个好的婚礼蛋糕需经得住各个侧面的考验,因为参加婚礼的客人会从各个不同的方位来看这个蛋糕。以下是我做的双层玫瑰花婚礼蛋糕,希望大家喜欢并提宝贵意见。谢谢!
