Curriculum Not-So-Vitae
A fearsome fiend was quelled this day:
I patched up the old resume.
Some jobs I wish I'd never had
Were all recast as not-so-bad.
The early dates were stretched, forsooth,
To highlight genius in my youth;
Accomplishments of latter years
Were honed until I had few peers.
I styled the data till they glowed
In hopes employers would be snowed;
And if these liberties appall,
It means they shun creative gall.
Thus, if my honesty's assailed,
The facts remain -- albeit veiled.
