开胃鱼片粥---年年有鱼

鱼片粥---做起来容易, 吃起来开胃, 尤其适合病人和体虚的人
在超市买鱼fillet, 解冻后切成块状,
上火熬大米粥, 粥内放盐, 姜丝, 鸡精
待粥快熟时, 放入鱼片, 轻轻搅动, 约10分钟后关火
撒上胡椒粉, 青葱末,即可.

那天请朋友吃饭, 饭前让她尝尝我的鱼片粥, 结果她喝了三碗, 饭都不吃了.

十分钟?时间太长了!广州人的吃法:新鲜的鱼肉放进去一拌就可以关火。那才鲜呢!嗬嗬嗬
