Sr. WiMAX Engineer (actually want to find a people manager &
technical leader, about 3-4 persons)

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the developing of
evaluation methodology and isolation methods for co-existence study
between different wireless radio systems, developing of system level
simulation platform, leading pilot field trial, and providing technical
support on network optimization to carriers.
Qualifications
You should possess a Master\'s degree in Electrical Engineering or
Computer Science with five to seven years in wireless systems research
or wireless systems engineering. Additional qualifications include:
- Practical experience in design and/or analysis of wireless systems
and a good knowledge of state-of-the-art wireless technologies and
standards
- To be experienced in co-working with carriers on either research or
project development
- Knowledge of current third Generation Partnership Project LTE and
Time
Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) and WiMAX
standards
- Deep understanding of air-interface, Physical layer (PHY) and/or
Media
Access Control (MAC) design and protocols
- Experienced in interference analysis and spectrum sharing study
- Demonstrated skills in wireless communications simulation tools and
experienced in link level simulation
- Demonstrated experience in designing and conducting field trial
- Experienced in doing network optimization with different equipment
vendors
- With strong leadership to lead a team
2. WiMAX Engineer -is a leading engineer
Qualifications
You should possess a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or Computer
Science
with five to seven years in wireless systems research or wireless
systems engineering. Additional qualifications include:
- Practical experience in design and/or analysis of wireless systems
and
a good knowledge of state-of-the-art wireless technologies and
standards
- Understanding of key radio access technologies such as Orthogonal
Frequency-Division Multiplexing (OFDM), Orthogonal Frequency Division
Multiple Access (OFDMA), and key Medium Access Control (MAC) methods
applicable to the design of mobile cellular broadband networks
- Good communication skills and project management skills.
- Familiarity with the system concepts of wireless IP-based networks
and
the application of Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) protocols to
mobile broadband data networks
- Knowledge of current 3rd Generation Partnership Project LTE and Time
Division-Synchronous Code Division Multiple Access (TD-SCDMA) standards
- Deep understanding of air-interface, PHY/MAC design and protocols
- Demonstrated skills in wireless communications simulation tools and
experienced in link level simulation
- Demonstrated experience in Smart antenna and Multiple-Input
Multiple-Output (MIMO)
- Solid programming skills in MATLAB* and C/C++
- Familiarity with 802.16 (WiMAX) standards would be an added advantage
