Individual Christmas Cassatas

Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped mixed glace fruit (eg apricot, pineapple, cherries)
1 tbsp orange liqueur
395g can NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk
600ml cream
100g Dark cooking chocolate, melted

Directions
1, Combined glace fruit and orange liqueur, stand 30 minutes.
2, Beat NESTLE Sweetened Condensed Milk and cream until thick, divide mixture in half.
3, Add glace fruit mixture to one half, combine well. Fold dark cooking chocolate through remaining half.
4, Line 8 individual dishes with plastic wrap, half fill dishes with fruit mixture. Spoon chocolate mixture evenly over fruit mixture. Cover and freeze.
5, Turn our onto serving dishes to serve. If disired, garnish with melted or grated chocolate and fresh berries or cherries.
