Here below is the usual recipe found on-line. I've tried it before. Not bad, except too much sugar and too sweet for me.
- 3 fresh mint sprigs
- 2 tsp sugar
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- club soda
Here is what I did, refreshing, not too sweet, yummy.
- 3 fresh mint sprigs
- a few drops of sugar free syrup
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 light rum (for light drinkers)
- Sugar free lemonade
