－－ 猎头可能没有真实的这个technology的工作， 但是因为工作原因， 后盾很强的， 我们经常找consultants帮忙做technical screens。

－－ Sometimes when I am overwhelmed by my workload, I have ahard time delegate tasks to others.
Sometimes I can be too detail oriented.
Sometimes I have a hard time admitting I have any weaknessesany all (笑）
另外，我很想知道最终用户是不是最看中技术？因为是短期，其他如communication skills, personality似乎不太重要。我的想法对吗？
－－ 很多３－６个月的contracts， 需要contractors立刻投入工作， communicationskills非常重要，因为你要明白要做什么， 时间那么宝贵， 能浪费在自己摸索上， 需要明白大概，需要明白细节。
