豆沙面包,奶油肉松面包,奶油面包卷(zt)

将如下材料放入面包机,开机做dough。

3 1/2 杯面粉

3 大勺糖



半茶匙盐

2 茶匙快速发酵粉

半杯水+半杯牛奶

2大勺 vegetable shortening

1 个蛋


将面包机发好的面团切成4份。

豆沙面包


面团擀成长方形,涂上豆沙,二边切出梳子条。

左右相隔将豆沙包好

奶油肉松面包

奶油就是Cream Cheese 加白糖搅和好后的奶糊

奶油面包卷




面团擀成长方形,涂上Cheese奶糊

卷起来后切成一小段

烤盘或锡纸上喷些油防面包底部沾连

将做好的面包条面包卷排排队放好。俺为了多快好省,连烤盘也省略了,锡纸直接放在烤箱架上。烤箱开300度2分钟后关掉,将面包放入在温暖的烤箱里醒40分钟,烤箱里同时放一大碗开水,借挥发的水气以防面包表面干燥。

醒过的面胚取出后涂上蛋液。烤箱预热到350度后放入面包烤20分钟。

面包卷都亲密滴沾在一起分不开了。看来还是急不得,下次要分二次烤!
