去大華買了一包珍珠粉圓,做法跟著合子的方法做就可以.做了半包,老公不喜歡吃,要我自己吃幾天.

玉米濃湯
這個玉米湯比較thick, 只是用全奶做湯‧低.很有玉米香味.
材料: 新鮮玉米4只,全奶1到2杯, 玉米粉1湯匙,洋蔥半個,1/4茶匙黃薑粉(做色,可不要) rosamary (可不要)鹽,胡椒粉.1茶匙牛油.
把玉米粒切下,洋蔥切粒, 在煲里放牛油,下洋蔥炒到半透明,下玉米粒炒到熟,加玉米粉,黃薑粉,奶煮到滾,關火,下鹽,胡椒粉調味即成.

沖菜蒸比目魚
朋友出海釣了條很大的比目魚,這條魚有25磅重,他送了很多給我,我就要用幾種方法煮來吃,這是第一餐,只是用薑,沖菜切絲,鹽,油,放在魚上面,蒸7分鐘即成.

付乳蒸雞
材料:去皮雞(月比)肉.
醃料:鹽,腐乳,糖, 生粉, 生抽, 酒, 麻油, 黃薑粉少許(做色)
製法 : 雞洗淨切件,加入醃料醃1小時。隔水蒸15分鐘即成。

西芹炒魚內臟
這些魚內臟也是從比目魚拿來的.
材料: 魚內臟, 西芹,蒜頭
醃料: 鹽,糖, 生粉, 生抽, 酒, 麻油.
把魚內臟用鹽洗干淨,再用水洗幾次,煲滾水,把魚內臟煮一下出水,然后把魚內臟瀝幹,再加入醃料,熱鑊下油,炒香蒜頭,再下西芹,炒1分鐘,再把魚內臟放入鑊和西芹同炒下鹽調味即成.

龍牙豆炒雞柳
材料:雞腿肉切條, 龍牙豆 ,蒜頭
醃料: 雞腿肉用鹽, 糖, 生抽, 豆粉,紹酒, 麻油,胡椒粉醃15分鐘.
龍牙豆洗淨,切二寸長 用滾水煮2分鐘。
熱鑊下油,爆香蒜片,下雞腿肉炒至7成熟,下龍牙豆炒勻,下鹽 生抽調味煮約 5 分鐘即成。

清蒸比目魚
這是第二天吃的比目魚, 隔水大火蒸 8 分鐘(視乎魚的大小而定),蒸好後倒去碟內水份,放心芫茜上面灒上熟油及豉油即成。

第三天吃這魚,今次把它切塊煎,然后用新鮮玉米炒,很好吃.

藍莓蛋糕
這個cake做出來好滑,又有蛋香,好似吃蛋tart一樣.
