意式的酸辣面 - Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca
这也是我爱吃的意面,仅次于蛤蜊意面, 自己做还可以做得更酸更辣, 很开胃, 很好吃.

酱料:
3 TB 初榨橄榄油, EV Olive oil
蒜泥,4-5粒,
橄榄油泡干辣椒末, 1 tsp
橄榄油泡小鱼干, anchovy, 6条,
牛至, fresh oregano, 2TB
罗勒, fresh basil, 2TB
番茄酱, tomato sauce,14-OZ can
切碎的番茄 1 个,
2 TB 酸花蕾, capers,
1/4 c 切碎的酸小番茄, (in place of kalamata olives)
西芹, Parsley
胡椒, 不要加盐.
1 LB 意面, Spaghetti,用盐开水煮熟,
橄榄油炒香小鱼干, 边炒边压碎, 加干辣椒末, 蒜泥炒香, 加番茄酱, 番茄, 烧滚, 加牛至, 罗勒, 再烧干一点汁,倒入煮好的面, 洒上西芹, 胡椒, 淋上橄榄油, 洒气司粉, 开吃
