便当继续:春卷,鸡蛋蔬菜卷 和鸡肉卷

童鞋们!俺努力了!!但是忘记拍了好多照片 ~~看我忙了一天的份上原谅我吧!

1. 春卷,跟私方的mengxu学的~~

需要材料:
韭黄2磅
小里脊一条(如果非常小就一条半)
鲜笋两个

这样子可以包50个



1.把小里脊和鲜笋切丝,韭黄切成一个inch左右长的段
2.把笋丝过水去涩,小里脊用盐,鸡精,胡椒,料酒,和两个蛋清抓一抓
3.把肉过油(油温热开始过)盛出,笋丝过油,然后放进韭黄,肉丝,放一点盐,炒到8成熟,盛出,控水



4.确定汤汁控干,菜都冷了才能开始包,超市买的春卷皮,包好,不能包松,一定要包的紧紧地

我弟弟一口气可以吃5个~~


2. 鸡蛋蔬菜卷,这个没做好,为啥!忘记放冬菇了!!! 绿豆芽放多了

需要材料:

青椒一个
红椒一个
洋葱一个
鲜笋两个
胡萝卜一根(一大跟)
冬菇一把,泡水发开


以上全部切丝

鸡蛋一盒(大的12个)
绿豆芽半袋

1. 把鸡蛋打散加盐摊成鸡蛋饼,忘记摊了多少个了。。。_:$ 因为一边做,一边炸,一边吃

照片里面的肉不是给它的,是楼上的,但是拍照不知道为啥抽风 放进去了,但是我爸说也可以放肉丝~~做法同上~~肉丝不行就火腿丝都可以!




2. 把所有菜丝加上绿豆芽放盐,鸡精,一点白胡椒,一点点地糖炒好,控水
3. 就跟包春卷一下包鸡蛋卷,但是要紧,又不能过劲把鸡蛋皮弄破了,然后滚生粉,滚鸡蛋,滚面包渣。 笋丝别忘了过水去涩





像超级大超级粗的春卷吧!



做好了,健康好吃!不爱吃全素的小娃,可以加肉丝/火腿丝在里面做引!



3. 鸡肉卷,因为是要做便当,所以做小了,只能在里面放cheese条

需要材料:
cheese (你喜欢,我用的American)
鸡胸一个

1. 鸡胸切成薄片,用葱/姜末,料酒,胡椒,盐,鸡精,糖盐好(一个晚上)


2. 在盐好的鸡肉中间裹上切好条的cheese (或者任何其它你喜欢的东西),然后卷好,裹生粉,鸡蛋 和 面包渣

左边的是鸡肉卷, 右边是下脚料的鸡胸裹不上cheese的,做了鸡排



炸好了看着是不是很好吃



这些不光是小孩爱吃:D大人也都很爱吃~~~而且放在冰箱里面冻好,每次吃很方便!!

今天做了两盘蔬菜卷,四盘春卷, 一盘鸡排,一盘鸡肉卷。

本来想做五花肉卷~~*私方tenyu的方子,但是没时间了~~腰痛背痛了~~就下次吧!
