SUMMARY:受美国4月份就业报告远远低于预期的影响,美国股市大跌,美国库券收益率大降,导致今天(6月1日星期五)开盘时的利率价格和昨天相比进一步变好!目前加州和马里兰州的重新贷款40万左右30年固定的利率仍维持在3.625%(加impound account可以做到3.5%!),15 年固定降为2.875%,5/1 ARM仍为2.75%。购房贷款40万左右,30年固定的利率为3.5%,15年固定为2.75%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。 注:以下列出的利率都是without impound account的利率(其它条件请参见本帖底部参数)。如果加impound account有可能拿到更优惠的利率。 | ||||||
