运动日记  2012-07-23

2012-07-23, Monday, Sunny, 15c~27c

今早上班的路上听收音机的一个健康讲座,一个女医生说这些年她只用两种食用油:凡是需要加热的食物用椰子油烹调,凡是不需要加热的食物比如沙拉之类的用橄榄油。还有肉类和奶制品也尽量买最高品质的有机物。这样能保证体内的脂肪都是健康的,而且容易燃烧,防止各种血管和内脏疾病,而且不易肥胖并且有十分滋润光滑的皮肤。女医生极力推荐有天然whole fat的椰子油,说它是世界上最健康美味的食用油。

我听得蠢蠢欲动,便上网查询了有关椰子油的各种信息,发现有毁有誉,基本上还是肯定的多。所以下班后便去了离公司只有三分钟车程的Planet Organic Market 买了一瓶16 fl oz(1 pound)extra origin certified organic coconut oil$11.99. 又买了一打free range eggs $4.69),tomato $2.09/lb, 野生三文鱼两包,每包$9.99 Organic chicken  thigh 两小袋 $12.99/kg),价钱基本上可以接受吧。

机缘巧合,今天猛鲨也提到了organic foods的话题,真让我觉得冥冥中有某种启示,提醒我到了关注健康食品原材料的时候了。我把以后列入采购计划的有机食品按照食用频率和重要度列了一个清单:

Eggs (a must, because we eat everyday)

Milk

Fish (尽量买北美海域野生类)

Chicken

Pork

Beef

Spinach

Apples

其中菠菜和苹果或者其他蔬菜水果其实关系不是很大,几个星期之前,我跟一个做食品检测的朋友的朋友一起吃午饭,我曾请教她有关食品的很多问题。她说过,蔬菜水果只要洗干净和削皮,都是可以放心食用的。肉和奶类是有机的比较好,没有激素。市场上问题最大的是东南亚和中国过来的水产,毒素比当地出产的高很多倍。还有另一种危险的食品是蜂蜜,因为国内的环境污染严重,蜂蜜也很容易引起中毒。所以尽量要买温哥华海域的野生三文鱼,还有当地产的蜂蜜才比较安全。

我们领导今天从他家的花园拔了一大袋的各种蔬菜,有葱,各种不知名的绿叶herbs,西红柿等,让大家随便带回家。我拿了一大堆,蔬果清香扑鼻,引起我强烈地想做菜农的欲望。今天的饮食很清淡,晚上用椰子油炒洋葱红罗卜拌荞麦面,加上从领导那里拿回来的各种蔬菜和调味绿叶,实在太美味了!

锻炼:白天太忙没有时间锻炼,晚上做了郑多燕15分钟精华操 + Callan 10in10一个小时
