杰明的生日快到了,女儿霏决定给他一个惊喜。杰明最喜欢的派是胡桃派,傍晚霏就开始忙弄起来,一个多钟头,胡桃派出炉。“贴心小棉袄”很细心,在派上用胡桃摆了"DAD"(爸爸)的英文字,然后点了蜡烛,关了灯,杰明正和儿子玩Risk的游戏,被我们叫来吹蜡烛,笑容满面很开心。。。全家一起唱了“生日快乐”的歌!
喜欢胡桃的朋友一般都喜欢胡桃派,派里派面满是胡桃,很香~~~~~~
Ingredients 用料:
3 eggs 三个蛋
1/8 teaspoon of salt 八分之一茶匙盐
1 cup dark brown sugar 一杯红糖
1/2 cup dark corn syrup 二分之一杯深色玉米糖浆
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 两汤匙新鲜柠檬汁
6 tablespoons butter, melted 六汤匙黄油,溶解好
11/2 cups pecans, chopped 一又二分之一杯胡桃,捣碎
1/2 cup pecan halves 二分之一杯胡桃
For the crust 派壳用料:
11/4 cups flour 一又四分之一杯面粉
1 tablespoon sugar 一汤匙糖
1 teaspoon baking powder 一茶匙苏打粉
1/2 teaspoon salt 二分之一茶匙盐
6 tablespoons cold unsalted butter, cut in pieces 六汤匙不含盐的冷黄油,切成小片
1 egg yolk 一个蛋黄
3-4 tablespoons whipping cream 三到四汤匙淡奶油
Steps 做法:
For the crust, sift the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Then add the butter.
做派壳,筛入面粉,糖,苏打粉,盐到碗里。然后加入黄油
In a bowl, beat together the egg yolk and cream until blended. Pour the cream mixture into the flour mixture and stir well
在碗里将蛋黄和奶油混合均匀。然后把奶油混合物倒入面粉混合物内拌匀
Gather the dough into a ball. Then roll out a round crust to fit in the 9-inch pan. Refregerate for at least 20 minutes.
将面团揉成一个球。再推出圆形派壳,摆进9英寸的派盘。再将装着派壳的派盘放冰箱里冷藏至少20分钟
In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and salt. Add the sugar, corn syrup, lemon juice, and butter. Mix well and stir in the chopped nuts.
在碗里轻轻搅动鸡蛋和盐。然后加糖、玉米糖浆、柠檬汁和奶油。拌匀后加入碎胡桃。
Pour into the pastry shell and arrange the pecan halves on top
倒入派壳里,再将胡桃摆在上面(女儿摆了DAD的字样,来庆祝她爸爸即将到来的生日)
Preheat oven to 400F and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the heat to 325F and bake 30 minutes more.
提前将烤箱加温至400华氏度,先烤10分钟。再将温度降至325度,继续烘烤30分钟。
