是不是祖传还有待考证。这是多年前美国朋友教我制作cheese cake的方法,说是她great grandma传下来的。方法是简单易做,原料也是最minimal,但是味道是实实在在的足。入口很淡,不腻,是cheese cake 那种原汁原味的感觉。

Ingredients:
3 Pkg Cream Cheese (8oz each)
1@16oz Container Sour Cream
11/3 Cup Sugar
5 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Vanilla (=3@Teaspoon)
1 Pkg Crescent Rolls
Steps:
1) Mix together cream cheese, sour cream and sugar. Add 1 egg at a time. Add
vanilla.
2) Spread crescent rolls at the bottom of 13 X 9 pan. (you can make two small ones
if you want to). Spread Mixture on top of crescent rolls.
3) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hr.
