首先，我要感谢世界末日并没如期而至，人类照旧繁衍生息，狮子在奔跑，玲羊在跳跃，牛马在吃草，小虫在搬家，鱼儿在游戏，小鸟在歌唱，花儿在怒放——至善至美。
我要感谢太阳，站在阳光下，眯着眼睛对着太阳，感受到的不仅是温暖，更体会到沐浴的畅快——心灵的洗涤……
我要感谢月亮，你象一条时空的纽带，连接着我的过去，现在和将来；因为有你，帮我了却了思乡之情，因为有你让我找到了儿时的快乐，因为有你，让我重温到了青春的浪漫，因为有你，让我体验到了中年成熟的韵味……
我要感谢质朴的大地，是你提供丰富营养的食物，保证我健健康康，快快乐乐的生活；
我还要感谢我的至亲的陪伴和关爱。因为你们的爱让我的生活更有意义；因为你们的鼓励，让我的厨艺越来越精益求精。
我也要感谢我的朋友，你们的问候和无私的帮助，让我即使在寒冷的北美也能体会到春天般的温暖。

Feeling for 2013
There are only four more hours until the end of 2013, a year for which I am very grateful.
First, I am grateful that the end of the world didn't happen, and that people continue to go about their daily lives, lions continue to hunt, the cattle continue to chew grass, fish continue to swim, the birds continue to sing, and flowers continue to bloom.
I am grateful for the sun. You not only give me warmth, but also showers me with happiness.
I am grateful for the moon. You bring me to my past, present and future. Because of you, I am cured of my homesickness; because of you, I rediscovered my childhood bliss; because of you, I've found youthful romance; because of you, I've experienced the joy of being an adult.
I want to say thank you to earth, you who provide everything for us, so that we are healthy and happy.
I want to say thank you to my family, for your care and company. Because of your love my life is filled with purpose; because of your encouragement, even my cooking is better.
I also want to say thank you to my friends. Your aid in times of difficulty makes me feel warm even in the Canadian winter.
