一生上海情!我心中的故

海棠糕,一枚的海棠糕,叫人回起儿的味道。

海棠糕,制于清代,因糕形似海棠花而行名,后逐味小吃之一。同州的梅花糕一,同一道史悠久的花色点心。香甜可口,食尤佳。海棠糕可是点心中的老一了,年人恐怕有很多都没吃。其梅花、海棠花的外形,人没吃就有了心悦目的情怀。它的外是面粉皮,里面是豆沙,在特制的模具中烘烤而成。由于用了似梅花、海棠花形的模子,作出这样的美人胚子也就再自然不了。出炉的梅花与海棠糕,表面撒着糖,呈咖啡色,吃口分外香甜。上面要加上果、瓜仁、芝麻等五色点,一朵朵花儿才完全的放开来。从上到下分是脆、甜、内藏玄机,所以吃海棠糕是一个趣,看店里的傅做海棠糕又有另外一番趣味。
