Meditation Mondays
Come and participate in the free weekly meditation and relaxation sessions. Take a much needed break for your health and well‐being. Each week will include instruction followed by silent or guided practice. A Monday start will help you carry out your healthy intentions for the week! All are welcome regardless of meditation experience or religious background.

Healthy Living after a Cancer Diagnosis
Join us for a lecture on living well during diagnosis, treatment, and beyond. Discussion topics include diet and exercise, survivorship issues, and fertility.

Cancer Survivorship Learning Series: Acupressure: The Original Power Points!
Did you know that there are specific points on your body that can be used to manage headaches, nausea, fatigue, and anxiety? Traditional Chinese medicine, developed over the course of several thousand years, uses a technique called acupressure to alleviate these symptoms. In this interactive workshop, Ryan Smith, a licensed acupuncturist, takes you on a tour of these key spots on a “map” of the body. Moderated by Ryan Smith, LAc, Integrative Health Program, Perlmutter Cancer Center.
