大骨头汤炖酸菜，真是百吃不厌啊

 

扒点大骨头上的肉炖四季豆

 

山药拌酱

 

酿豆腐

 

上次有同学问我用来炖菜用的粉条，我用的是这两种，左边细条的拌凉菜用，右边宽条的炖菜用

回复 'lilyzyl' 的评论 : 大骨头先飞水去血水，然后小火煮一锅汤，看着骨头上的肉都熟了，就放入酸菜丝再煮半小时，最后加入粉条再煮15分钟就可以了。
