And death shall have no dominion. 死亡不会有力
Dead men naked they shall be one 死去的裸躯（只是）乘风而去
With the man in the wind 与西方的月亮
and the west moon; 溶为一体
When their bones are picked clean 尸骨既寒
and the clean bones gone, 随风已去
They shall have stars at elbow and foot; 群星毕集 托起躯体
Though they go mad they shall be sane, 即使疯狂，终会清醒
Though they sink through the sea 即使沉入了海底，
they shall rise again; 躯体仍会重新升起
Though lovers be lost love shall not; 爱人失去了，爱情存（心底）
And death shall have no dominion. 死亡也无力

Under the windings of the sea 在海洋湾流下长眠的（身躯）
They lying long shall not die windily; 并不是在海风里死去
Twisting on racks when sinews give way, 刑架上扭曲的（身体）会渐渐无力
Strapped to a wheel, yet they shall not break; 刑车鞭挞的（身躯）却不会分离
Faith in their hands shall snap in two, （只要）一丝邪恶穿过了身体
And the unicorn evils run them through; 忠诚就会裂在手里
Split all ends up they shan't crack; 分裂终将停止 身躯不会碎去
And death shall have no dominion. 死亡也无力

No more may gulls cry at their ears 狂涛拍岸声如细
Or waves break loud on the seashores; 鸥泣丝丝亦无气
Where blew a flower may a flower no more 风吹花落不再
Lift its head to the blows of the rain; 抬头更向风雨
Though they be mad and dead as nails, 死亡如钉，令人疯狂
Heads of the characters hammer through daisies;+ 头躯似榔，迎菊（飘香）
Break in the sun till the sun breaks down, 焚身于日，日也将亡
