材料: 熟大肠、葱姜蒜、老抽料酒,盐、白糖,十三香、香葱或香菜
1.大肠切寸段,焯淡盐水去油,控净水分
2.入七成热油锅炸,将大肠炸至金黄色,外皮发挺,捞出控油
3.葱姜蒜炝锅,放老抽,白糖,放入大肠稍煸,续水没过大肠,中小火煨炖15分钟左右
4.加入料酒,十三香,大火收汁,淋明油装盘,撒香葱末即成
