土地流转造成的效率

大陆正在推广土地流转的政策, 说那样可以提高农业生产的效率. 实际上农业生产的效益, 需要看你从哪一个角度来看:  如果从单位土地的产出的角度来看, 土地流转后, 一个人管理耕种一百个人的土地, (实际上他还是要雇人帮他种) 单位土地的产出, 和土地流转之前, 各家各户的精耕细作相比, 不会相差很大. 但是从个人收益来看, 那这一个人的收益肯定会提高很多. 这就像一百个人的饭碗给一个人端一样.  

如果政府能够给另外九十九个人找到更好的出路, 比如说出外打工, 可以赚更多的钱, 这确实是一项很好的政策.
