Arizona铁人三项训练日记: 148 days to go ---不要纠结于数字

今天游泳,每个lap都停下来看自己的stroke,然后回想自己是不是什么地方没有做好。但是400yard的长lap就没有办法立即知道stroke。pull buoy all out让我觉得臀部和大腿很累,说明平时还是没有真正engage。

结束以后教练发来消息说,不要纠结于数字,好好在每个lap固定自己的动作,找到入水,抱水,推水的感觉,找到腰部启动的力量,背肌划水的力量。

每次听到这些,说实话我都觉得很晕,有时候似乎觉得自己找到点感觉了,但是有时候完全不知所云,特别是长距离时候,到后面人累了,根本就想不了这多了。

最近游泳变成一个很鸡肋的项目,不能不游,但是游起来也没有什么进步,最初几个月的鸡血已经消失,现在变成了一个早上麻木地起床,开车去gym,下水的程序。我知道教练在很努力地帮我改变这种现状,所以减少了量,然后增加了不同的work out。

我决定周一再去和原来的游泳教练碰一次头,也许有人亲眼看我游一下,给出一点建议,会好一点。

明天加州高温,今天手机上还收到高温警报。准备六点出去骑车三小时,然后跑步,早点收工。试试看自己的新轮胎。
