SUMMARY:没有最低,只有更低!今天(1月30日星期四)美国CDC宣布确诊美国第一例人传人感染新型冠状病毒的病人,该病人没有去过中国,但接触过感染新冠病毒的人。受此消息影响,美国股市下跌,美10年期国债的收益率大跌,带动房贷利率跟着下跌!但短期房贷利率如15年固定等利率则没有太大的波动。目前零费用重新贷款50万的利率,30年固定降至3.375%,15年固定仍维持在3.00%。购房贷款50万左右,30年固定的利率仍为3.5%,15年固定仍为2.75%,5/1 ARM仍为2.5%。
